What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, site location, the service you need and what you tell us about your site. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share there.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and estimates, and carry out work you ask us to do. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our business email for as long as they are needed for the project or for our records.
Third parties
Our contact page shows a Google Maps embed, and the WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which are run by their own providers under their own privacy policies.
